Applying to JFK and Program Fees

 ※We have closed accepting JFK application form.


To apply to the program, please complete the following steps.

  1. Complete the online application form on the website.
    【Term of application】
    May 9th (tue) 10:00 a.m.  ~ June 6th (tue) 10:00 a.m.
  2. Please pay the tuition fee and related costs via bank transfer.

Application to the program is complete when we have confirmed the receipt of BOTH the online application form, and tuition fee (and related costs).  We will notify those who have completed the application via e-mail.


  • Tuition:
    82,400 yen (tax included) per session.
    *Includes materials, T-shirt, and lunch fee.
    *DOES NOT include school bus fee.・・・
  • School Bus:
    9,600 yen (tax included) :
    For Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Station
    8,000 yen (tax included) :
    For Kitasenri, Senri Chuo, Minoh and JR Ibaraki Station

*Pick-up and drop-off of students by automobile during commuting times (8:00 - 9:00 a.m., 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.) is strictly prohibited.  Please make use of public transportation or the school bus service.
*The school bus fee is required separately from the tuition fee.

We only accept payment of the tuition fee and related costs via bank transfer.  Bank details are as follows.

  • Cancellation Fee:

    Paid tuition and bus fees are non-refundable once the program begins.  A 50% cancellation fee will incur for cancellations made within a month prior to the first day of each session (Session 1: June 26th - July 25th,  Session2: July 7th - August 6th)
  • Notes:

    *Please note, we will do our best to accommodate your child’s needs as much as possible.  However, there may be circumstances where we are unable to do so.
    *Please understand, we may close the online application form prior to the scheduled “Term of Application” as the number of applicants reach the maximum capacity of the program.
